In one November incident in Walnut Creek, California, an estimated 80 people entered a Nordstrom store in what authorities said was “clearly a planned event.” Though many of the smash-and-grabs occurred in major cities such as San Francisco, Los Angeles and Chicago, industry leaders told Newsweek the trend is a nationwide problem....

John Good, the owner of La Herradura, a Mexican restaurant in O’Neill, is accused of signing assets over to Juan Pablo Sanchez-Delgado and Magdalena Castro Benitez and allowing them to manage his business. From there, prosecutors allege, the pair conspired to shelter and employ numerous undocumented immigrants. According to filings, Sanchez-Delgado would also withhold money from workers’ paychecks, claiming it was for federal income taxes but keeping it for himself....

According to a Facebook post published by the department, pictures began circulating across social media of an officer wearing the aforementioned face mask at a Black Lives Matter protest. “The officer was wearing the donated mask which can clearly be seen in the second photo. Knicks president Steve Mills attempted to shut down trade rumors surrounding 19-year-old point guard Frank Ntilikina and 23-year-old center Willy Hernangomez ahead of the team’s game against the Cavaliers on Sunday night. ESPN’s Ian Begley reported last week the Suns had reached out to the Knicks about both players, but New York has been consistent in its refusal to move them. “We’re committed to [Ntilikina] and his development,” Mills said (via the New York Post)....

Phoenix hopes to acquire a “young player with significant talent” in return for Bledsoe, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. However, it appears no teams are willing to meet the Suns’ demands (well, for now, at least).
