Earlier this month, an avid Nebraska fan named Joe Hawke reached out to Miles on Twitter, asking the coach if he might be able to help Hawke's marriage proposal to his girlfriend.
As weird as it might sound, it's not out of the ordinary for coaches and athletes to get requests like this. Miles, being as cool as he is, agreed to help Hawke out, uploading a 30-second video teasing a proposal.
And of course, it worked.
This won't count towards the Cornhuskers win/loss column, but it's surely a moral victory for Miles, as well as Hawke.
